Ashli Pettigrew is the Director of Social Equity at HKS. She is a passionate leader focused on advancing equity as a strategic driver of culture, talent, and impact across the firm. Through a structured approach, she partners with leadership to embed equity into how HKS operates, designs, and delivers work across people, projects, policy and practice. Ashli leads efforts that strengthen the firm’s talent pipeline, enhance workforce experience, while advancing how equity is integrated into project outcomes and client solutions.
