Sean Tan

Sean Tan is a Principal and Studio Head at HKS. He leads the strategic direction, design vision and delivery of Commercial and Mixed-Use projects across the Middle East and Africa region. Bringing a rare balance of design leadership and commercial acumen, Sean translates ambitious architectural ideas into viable, market-responsive developments. He is inspired by the fundamental idea of shelter, defining the boundary between inside and outside and shaping environments that people can inhabit, connect with and feel protected within.
