Andrea Sponsel is a Principal and Process Improvement Strategies Leader at HKS. She supports teams and Health practice leaders by continuously improving project approach and delivery. As an active member of the Lean Construction Institute and the lean community of practitioners for over 10 years, Andrea leads conversations and participates in publications that spread lean knowledge in design and construction. She has a keen interest in learning and advancement, as well as facilitating and guiding people through change.
