Andrea Guzman is a Sr. Wayfinding Strategist at HKS. With a keen interest in human health, she centers her design approach on understanding end-user needs and behaviors. Andrea creates wayfinding experiences that are intuitive and support the needs of people in their journey through digital, physical, operational and cultural interventions.
