Ailia Halpern is an Engineer at HKS. A natural builder and designer, Ailia sees each project as a challenge and opportunity for her to learn and grow. She is heavily involved in the design of the main structural system as well as in coordination with architects and other consultants while communicating structural requirements with contractors and other design disciplines.
